- I am the author of 60 Days to Freedom - a methodology for smokers to be able to quit the habit and remain Smokefree for the rest of their lives. 60 Days to Freedom has been built around 20 years of focus and interest in the topic of quitting. The system is applied over 60 days through which a member remains smoking as normal, but is prepared and becomes totally ready to dismiss the habit form their life from Day 60 - their "Day of Freedom". My goal is to help thousands of people world wide smash this terrible addiction and never re-visit it again (the main problem for smokers being that their periods of not smoking are normally short lived).
