Although it takes much time to approve the draft law by the cabinet. Unless cabinet approval, the law will not go to the parliament for its passes as law. However, it is great initiatives as the block has been overcome. Last year, when the law supposes to discuss at cabinet meeting, it was cancelled from list of agenda by finance minister observance. We also know it that BAT’s influences were the behind of finance minister Mr. M A Muhit’s observation.
